Zaphira isn't lying, she swears!

I'm sure some of you remember this scene from the Prophecy comic :) Of course the original scene had a different dialog, but I decided to redraw those four panels for the sake of this silly little thing :D Hope you like it :)
And stay tuned, because tomorrow there will be another small surprise ;)

to be fair, good porn has a decent story. not just "oh i dont have enough money to pay for this pizza, there must be...other ways" Hentai usually has a decent storyline...

Honestly, though, your stories and characters take a front seat to your eroticism. For me, at least. I'm still floundering at figuring out how you draw such expressive faces and postures.

Often I find myself reading comics for the porn but eventually find myself just wanting to see the characters more, and the story, to the point the porn isn't even important. That's what I love comics for.

The downside is when artists don't finish their comics.

Comics are a medium that are more than just porn. They're investments (especially web comic length comics) that you get attached to. Sometimes it isn't even they didn't finish it. Sometimes it's just not putting out pages frequent enough. A lot of comic artists I watch don't update their comics for months!

It probably isn't so bad if you've followed the comic since the very beginning but, I usually don't find comics until they're at least a year, or more, old. Then, I'll read the archive, catch up, and sit on my hands while I wait for a new update. Sometimes, I'll find one I love get caught up and find out that the artist has decided to stop doing the comic, in the middle of a story arc. GRRRRR! I know for a fact that there are at least 10 of these comics that I'd love to see finished.

Am I the only one that actually read these comics (including from other authors) mostly for story? As where there are pages with only porn, without any development or even dialogue, usually only quickly skim over it? Does anyone else when they were watching hentai were skipping sex scenes?

I'm in it for both, your work shows that erotica can also be a beautiful bit of prose. And as mentioned above a good story that gets you invested in the cast makes the sensual elements that much greater, the adorable cutie in the pic being a prime example.

funny thing is: I'm into Creature Girls - A Hands-On Field Journal in Another World because of the MC's creativity and analytical observation to determine monster girls' biology and to come up with inventions in a world without the use of electricity and gunpowder.
