Anyway, here is a drawing of Cole in a doctor outfit. When you unlock Cole on the game. She is a nurse that helps add a few more moves in Doctor Mario. She wears a green and white dress. When in doctor Mario/ She got her hair up in a ponytail. And another one of her special power up is flying. she can clear almost the entire board. so make sure you unlock her to help on your doctor Mario adventure. (This is fake just wanted to add a little detail to it)
