It be the Innsmouth dragon from Dragon Tamer (I've already quit that game months ago, but there are some dragon designs I like) Idk if tongue is cannon, but they remind me of frogs... also it's something to practice face & tongue rigging so I'll be more prepared for when I remake Lathanial, my tongue draggy c:
Now time for me to make a better face rig for 'em, and practice some tongue rig schtuff
