felt like designing a stand ever since I first watched part 3 of JoJo's like 4 years ago, finally got around to it, sketched this out, left it on my desktop for the better part of 6 months, finally inked and colored it. Not going to bother with shading.
As far as powers go, Blind Guardian basically makes an impenetrable shield in front of it's user and can make an area around it pitch black for everyone but the user. That's all I got for powers right now, probably going to flesh it out more later, idk.
