Kelly is a chihuahua who is the smallest of the group. But don't call her that, because she hates being called small or little, and she has a short fuse when it comes to that. She was normal, until a science experiment gave her the power to inflate her body (or even parts of it), allowing projectiles to bounce off her or even allowing her to bounce and roll like a ball. Thus, when she met Brainy Barker, she made a superhero costume to become Mammoth Mutt. Her favorite hero is Super Dog, and is in love with Kevin Kent, the son of mild-mannered reporter Krypto Kent, not knowing that Kevin is the son of Super Dog.
