Some Mother Cognitive Dissonance fanart that I drew on paper back in 2015. When I went back to color and ink it recently I noticed I made mistakes in the designs when I went to look for refs for the colors. So I promptly fixed these mistakes when working on it in CSP. Then for the background I used effects to give it the Earthbound psychedelic style.
