Grab: Jayson grabs his opponent, though with his stature that takes both wings.
Grab Attack: Since he has to use both wings to grab, Jayson pecks instead; fast but low damage.
Forward Throw: Jayson jumps and kicks the opponent with both feet, sending them forward.
Backward Throw: Jayson flips the opponent backward over himself Black Widow-style.
Upward Throw: Jayson briefly activates his reflector shield, bouncing the opponent into the air
Downward Throw: Jayson trips the opponent before jumping on them with booth boots, leaving him a moment after that will have him look a little shocked at what he just did.

Specials
Neutral Special – Jayson’s Blaster: Jayson fires his Assault-era blaster, slightly slower than Fox’s but with higher stopping power like Falco’s, or able to be charged up for a more powerful shot like Megaman/Samus’ weapons.
Side Special – Stun Blast: Jayson fires a stun shot from his blaster, this takes a short wind up, and the projectile travels slower, but it will ragdoll the target if it makes contact.
Up Special – Wing Pack: Jayson deploys a set of metallic wings and a rocket pack; his up special allows him to fly for a short period rather like Diddy Kong’s, and has a fuel gauge that runs out with use, slowly recharging over time. The wings remain in place until the gauge refills, then retract again.
Down Special – Reflector: Like Fox and Falco, Jayson carries the standard “reflector shield”, though when he uses his, Jayson will perform a “tuck and roll” or “combat roll” action, rolling forward and potentially hitting opponents.
Final Smash – Songbird: Jayson will jump into the cockpit of his fighter which lands behind him ala the Viking from Starcraft or the X Tornado from Sonic, and proceed to fire off a massive volley of rapid-fire laser bolts and cluster missiles rather anime-style. “Songbird: assault configuration!”

Snake: … The Star Fox team are sending kids into battle now? I thought they were good guys.
Otacon: Don’t let his height and those big eyes fool you Snake: that’s Jayson, he’s one of Team Star Fox’s newest recruits.
Snake: But… he’s… less than half my height!
Ottacon: Focus Snake; he might look cute; but I can promise that blaster he’s carrying is no toy; if he hits you with its stun blast, you’ll be on the ground no matter how much stronger you think you are.
Snake: So, he’s got similar gear to the others?
Otacon: Not quite: Jayson’s fresh out of the academy, so he isn’t very experienced, but he compensates with cutting-edge equipment; including something called an Omni-blade; not sure what that is but it sounds dangerous.
Snake: This… this still feels messed up…
Otacon: He wants to impress the rest of his team Snake; so, he’s not going to hold back if you do.
Snake: I’m going to need a cold shower after this…

Stage Information
Stage – Training Simulator: The level appears in the Tron/basic geometric style of the “simple maps” from Star Fox Assault’s VS mode, and will periodically shift between different configurations. Once in a while the simulator will also shift into one of the other Star-fox-themed stages like Corneria or Venom or Orbital Gate before swapping back.

Final Smash Trophy Description: Jayson’s final smash calls down his Songbird; a highly customized and cutting-edge variant on the Arwing design. Songbird carries an onboard AI and is designed to be able to shift into a ground-based assault walker mode; bringing its array of rapid-fire lasers and cluster missiles to bear.
