This is a portrait of a dragon which doesn't fall into the masculine and aggressive stereotypes usually applied to dragons. I greatly enjoyed adding the subtle details to this painting to add as much relatable personality as possible. Especially the excitement in the eyes and the expressiveness of the face. (:
