Trouble seems to have come to Seaside by the seashore, located near New york itself. Magic problems keep running rampant and mysterious beings are wreaking havoc. Chuck must now try and figure out whats going on before peoples homes and lives are destroyed. Luckily he has arlo, Alia, and there friends to help him on his quest.

Its the bog lady who turns out to be Arlo's mom. it is stated she can shapeshift, most likely meaning she turned herself into an alligator woman and married arlo's birdman father.
(Now in the show its never stated she is but in the finale she's obsessed with arlo, even cradling him like a baby)
