B&B are both ZZ Rank while Cornholio is ZZZ. To get Cornholio, you will need to fight him on his hidden, special stage(if B&B are obtainable through the gacha).
Alternatively, you could fuse Beavis with a special item you can buy from the Y-point shop. To get B&B, you will need to fight them in their hidden stages.
The gacha Yokai, in that scenario, are Komasan and Komajirou dressed as Beavis and Butt-Head, respectively).
