- STORY:

  This story follows a wolf/dog hybrid named, "Minto", A homeless orphan that has been hunted down and persecuted against his whole life.
He survives on his own in the city of "TO BE NAMED", keeping to himself, scrounging and scavenging for food and other supplies he needs. However every now and then he finds himself in life threatening situations, due to the fact that he is a hybrid.

After a life threatening altercation, Minto is saved and taken in by  "Dexter", a black panther that is a Modification Agent.

- STORY EXPLAINATION:

  In this pre-futuristic, steampunk era world of animals, 67% of non-hybrid animals born, are born with an energy chip which contains a secret weapon or combative arsenal that can be unlocked and harnessed. Such weapons and combative arsenal's can be modified and altered, be it slightly or heavily, depending on the arsenal. This can be done at one of the many Modification Agencies that every region individually has, specializing in their own specific modifications. Since animals are born with this kind of "power", combat in the nation of "TO BE NAMED" is cherished and seen as an art that is showcased in everyday life. Sadly, animals having Specialties makes crime a somewhat frequent and unavoidable occurrence, as those with malicious intent see it as a way to hurt others for their own pleasure and to assert dominance against "lesser animals", which are those that have yet to figure out the "power". A good portion of animals in multiple different regions have been using this kind of "power" to their advantage. Robberies, assault, and
murder are frequent occurrences, often geared or focused towards those that have not found their specialties. These kinds of animals, known widely as "Savages", have gained infamy as unreasonable criminals.

Among the Savages, a special organization has been formed, deeming themselves as, "The Hybrid Hunters". This group  takes advantage of the chaos by specifically targeting the hybrid species, as they are known to struggle in summoning their "Specialty" or not having specialty chip(s) in general.

- SPECIALTY/ENERGY CHIP EXPLAINATION/INSIGHT:

  67% of non-hybrid animals are born with a chip(s) in their wrist(s) and or back that holds a secret weapon/combat arsenal called a "Specialty". Only 8% of hybrids born have a chip, the other 25% do not. The Specialty can be summoned/harnessed by a certain set of circumstances or found/summoned within thine self. Rarely, some animals are born with more than one chip and are classified as "Multi-Specialists. The breakdown of these animals are classified thus far:
"Duo-Specialists" - Containing one chip in both wrists
"Tri-Specialists" - One chip in each wrist and one in their back/spine.

Scientists and Surgeons have attempted to remove the chip from the body to run tests to understand the meaning of the chip, but only have learned that the chips cannot be removed. They also have discovered that the energy chip stops working when the limb the chip is attached to is "disconnected" from the body, prompting further tests and advancements to understand the chips further.

- MODIFICATION AGENCY EXPLAINATION:

  Modification Agencies allow those with combat arsenals to get on an easier, or even,  playing field against other animals in combat through simple bodily/attire or weaponry based modifications. Examples of this include:
- Gloves that make you punch with more force
- Weapon Mods that could make you shoot bullets that electrocute after hitting it's target

- NATIONAL COMBAT/VIOLENCE SOLUTION:

Due to the rising crime and violence rates, the regional leaders implemented a solution to decrease it and keep it lowered. The solution was to create a nationwide tournament which took place twice a year,
for those that have experienced and unlocked their specialties to compete. This tourney has been named the "Top of the Food Chain Tournament", or the T.F.C.T.

- HYBRID HUNTERS ORG. EXPLAINATION:

  The Hybrid Hunters organization is a criminal network that has manipulated and corrupted parts of each region to believe that hybrids are sub-animal beings, are to be persecuted and shouldn't be able to live an equal life to other non-hybrid animals due to their struggle to unlock their specialties, or the lack of a specialty in general. It is speculated that their goal is to control
and take over the nation by sweeping it from under its feet via economical, political, and manipulative means.

(I'm looking for some constructive criticism, questions, and feedback about this idea and possibly what to better or change about it)
