His name is Major Newcastle. Not 100% sure what his story is yet. Right now, all I'm thinking is he always wanted to get rid of his arms, and it was easy to commit to due to his wealth; he can just downright hire one or two people full-time to be his hands if need be.
The painting part of this was pretty fun, too. I never realized that mixing phthalo blue with burnt umber made that nice blue-green colour I used for shading. And then black's always interesting to work with on a large scale. Well, as "large" as these are, they're barely just a few inches.
