decided to do this cute series of fish dog creatures. just something fun and interesting to do as i love making fantasy dogs and cats and mixing animals and/or magical together. I also have friends who love fish and fish deserve more respect in art so that's some more good reasons. we need more fish ocs people!
the arapaima is a very interesting fish. seriously you should look it up. it is one of the only known fish to produce milk! it also comes from its chin. -v-' weird thing but i love how it looks and it make a great design. it was a complex one so i simplified it how i see fit and i love how it came out. a but too complex for me to want to draw regularly tho. i chose to mix it with a sausage dog as the fish has a long thick body similar to the dog breed.
