Character Description
Personality
Externally: Extroverted, funny, loud, obnoxious, friendly, flirty, perverted, spontaneous, etc.
Internally: Mean, cold, apathetic, depressed, anxious, self-conscious, hypersexual, very angry, etc.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: anchors, conspiracy theory videos, video games, aliens, memes, photography, music (all but country,) cryptids, true crime, and flirting with everyone.
Dislikes: heat, commitment, being serious, country music, waiting, cruel people, talking about his TRUE feelings, exercise, cringe culture, working, and certain textures (such as chalk, clay, etc.)
Background/History
Harvey grew up a very spoiled child. He was mostly raised by his grandparents on his mom's side due to his father walking out on the family and refusing to pay child support. His mother had to work many hours a day just to put food on the table and provide for him, thus he was always being cared for (and spoiled) by other family members. He grew up getting everything he wanted, and never had to pay for anything himself. Mostly, he was raised on the internet, learning everything from there and stumbling across a great deal of disturbing material that shaped who he was as a person. Harvey was a school bully, harassing people for fun and taking out his anger and frustrations on others. However, he had a great shift in personality later into middle school and developed a complex that he needed everyone to like him and fall in love with him. He put on a false persona of being dumb, funny, and friendly which made nearly everyone forget the person he used to be and enjoy his company greatly. He was incredibly popular in school up until he graduated. He came out as transgender in fifth grade, and his mother was not supportive, never referring to him with the proper name and pronouns. However, his friends were all very supportive and helped him get through it. He came out officially as bisexual in eighth grade though everyone has already presumed this. In high school, Harvey's depression, anxiety, and BPD grew worse as well as his gender dysphoria that he could only somewhat relieve with binders gifted to him by friends. In rare moments, his darker side would come out for mere seconds before he could push it down again and resume activities as if nothing happened. This would often confuse others and make them questions if they had REALLY seen a change or they had simply imagined it. Harvey spent most of his high shool days sleeping around with whoever was interested (and there was always someone interested. Even if they weren't at first, Harvey had ways of persuading them to feel otherwise.) Due to several past events as well as growing up on the internet and suffering from severe dysphoria, Harvey developed hypersexuality though he was also sex-repulsed. He often goes through bouts of being incredibly sexual to a period of time where the mere thought of sex makes him physically ill. He was also beginning to partake in the party scene, getting drunk, sleeping around, smoking weed, and consuming edibles. He was kicked out of this house in the midst of his senior year and lived with his grandma for some time before moving in with a bunch of his friends in a LARGE house where he now resides. He often struggles with simple adult tasks such as taxes, financial matters, official paperwork, and finding a job. He is a very lazy individual and often whines enough to convince others to do his work for him. As of now, he is unemployed and mostly stays at home unless there are parties, movies, or events he would like to go to. He dreams of being a comedian someday, but he hasn't taken any steps to do so. He also dreams to get top surgery someday as well as start testosterone, but he has been unable to do so thus far.
Relatives/Family
Mom: estranged. Once very close but now they fight often. The only time they speak is over financial reasons.
Dad: On rocky terms. His dad reentered his life after he was kicked out, but he still feels slightly suspicious around him.
Stepdad: Hates with a burning passion.
Siblings: Has five. Only knows four of them and doesn't particularly get along with any one them.
Grandma: Once was very close, now partially estranged.
Vent (house owner): Very close. She is like a mother to him and is one of the only people who know about his inner turmoil.
Jezzy (housemate): Considers him his self-proclaimed best friend though Jezzy vehemently denies this. Finds him very appealing and interesting.
Masky: Likes to torment him and play video games with him.
Sid: Get along pretty well.
Kei: Bros, homies, amigos.
Snow: Thinks she is very hot and tries his best to woo her.
Ruby: His actual best friend since elementary school. She has a huge crush on him, but he sees her as a friend with benefits.
World/Setting
Lives in the city of Juniper which is essentially the New York City of the world he resides in. His house is more on the outside of the town where it is less populated and bustling.
Body
Harvey is NOT a dog. He is a Scottish Fold Cat who just happens to look very dog-like. With that being said, Harvey has floppy ears, a nub tail, and a chubby/curvy figure. In anthro form, he is 5'4, meaning that in his feral form he is not very tall either. Harvey has several white markings: white-tipped ears, a white oval that goes up his muzzle from his nose, a white bottom portion of his face straight across from his nose (has many brown freckles in this area,) a white chest and stomach, white socks on each of his paws (the ones on his hind legs are MUCH longer,) a heart shape on his butt, and the tip of his tail. His nose is black while his paw pads and his tongue are all light pink. The inside of his ears is tan. His eyes are an intense yellow.
Clothing
He mainly wears black, comfy clothing with graphic T-shirts, ripped jeans, and obnoxiously colored crocs.
Accessories
He wears glasses all the time to see. He has several piercings: blue gauges with white anchors in his ears, a lip ring, a septum piercing, an eyebrow piercing through his slit eyebrow, and nipple piercings though you never see them because he is always wearing a black binder. He wears four Kandi bracelets on each arm that DO have specific designs, but it really doesn't matter at all. He also wears an anchor necklace, but the black, studded alien choker he wears is completely optional. He often wears buttons/pins on his shirts as well.
