This year without fail, if it was shipped through fedex it was "Lost" at the same point. I've had three packages "mysteriously lost" or "Delivered" even though it never came nor was with any of our neighbors.

Yesterday, I had Onion's rabbit Cage supposed to come in. It was already in my state in a town 30-45 minutes away as per usual when they "go missing". 5:30am Package out for Delivery Aug 22. Between 11:30am and 1:30pm it suddenly changed to "delayed til Aug 23". REally? REALLY? The day's not even close to over. ARound 8pm THE SAME DAY I see that it was changed to "Delayed til 24th" and the message "Attempted to deliver at 5:45pm" which is ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. I and two others were home ALL DAY waiting for this thing. NO ONE showed up at all. There was no attempted Delivery, and WHY THE HELL did it get delayed AN EXTRA DAY on the same day? Shady. SHady as Hell.

And MY GOSH trying to Call them. Apparently they're going to have it in tomorrow, but I FRIKKEN DOUBT IT. All of my Packages shipped from Fedex this year went missing in transit in the nearby cities when it was "Out for delivery". No other Delivery company has any issue getting my mail to me. I'm pretty damn confident some piece of shit mail carrier is stealing. I HAD BETTER GET ONION'S CAGE, and regardless, I am thinking about contacting the seller to let them know Fedex is not trustworthy at all, and that they should switch delivery services. Seller's gonna save on the Refund and Product replacements.

Don't use Fedex to ship your stuff. Their Asshats. I couldn't even tell if the person I got on the phone was a Real person. It's been a pain. I'll probably be calling tomorrow yet again I bet.

I became FedUp with FedEx myself over other issues, though these do not, sadly, seem exclusive to them! Still, I told my brother just last week that I was switching away from FedEx where possible and he supported me for it!

It's very regional.

One bad employee or manager can ruin one area, while they're completely fine in another area.

Applies to [all/i] courrier services.
