hey guys!!! so last month i got a cold and it was so annoying my nose was stuck i couldnt breath very well and i couldnt sleep but the funny thing is that it was hot as hell outside so how can i get a cold???

Easy! You get hot, then take your clothes off to cool off, and with a good chance, you end up with a cold.

mmmmmm yeah its probably with the tempature swings i got it becaus its hot and drive with cold wind into my face :3

It's not necessarily that. Rather when you stop, and you go to a cool space and the sweat and your heated body drops your temparature quickly. Don't get naked, but cool off more slowly. Do something distracting (like sex stuff xD) meanwhile.
