The needle is the worst part for me too. Not too bad though, looking away helps alot. But my phobia for needles is in fact so bad that I did pass out one time I went to the vet with my dog. Was out for a good five minutes before I came to again.
Luckily I am also kind of hypochondriac. So it balances out.

Oh dear I'm sorry to read that and I hope your next times around needles are better! I used to be totally cool with them when I was younger, now for some unknown reason when I need to draw blood my anxiety goes crazy and my blood pressure drops a lot! I will never understand why they cause us such a huge fear, the pain isn't even that bad D:
