The Zero Escape trilogy has some of the best story of any video games I've ever played. Full of unexpected twists that turn the game on its head on multiple occasions. This "Watch" is basically a device that triggers a bomb ingested by its wearer if they do something unwanted when playing the Nonary Game. It's also the watch from the first game, "999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors".
