Said virus taking hold on a MLP OC and a look at the virus' actual appearance. The card's info says:

Tribute 1 Big-R/XL Pony-Type monster; destroy all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls with ATK less than or equal to the Tributed monster's DEF, also check your opponent’s hand and all cards they draw for the next 3 End Phases and destroy those monsters with less ATK than the Tributed monster’s DEF. During each End Phase this effect is applied, if your opponent still controls a monster(s): Put 1 Weight Gain Counter on each of them, also they lose 400 ATK for each.
