The pup is very happy to be finally chosen and have a family of loving parents that he wants to celebrate. I think he deserves to do whatever he wants... within appropriate limits of course.

Yea, He is happy now that he has loving parents.
and yes, they do let him do almost whatever he wants with limitations of course on what he can and can´t do.
