Panel #1: It looks like that a floating balloon appeared behind OrangeMario.

Panel #2: He takes notice of the floating balloon as it gets hold of his tail, and becomes curious of where it came from; but unknown to OrangeMario, this balloon is not like others as it is completly made of liquid vinyl which also beholds abilities too.

Panel #3: Soon, the balloon lunges at him, and completly absorbs his tail into the balloon, as the surface of the balloon ripples like water would. Also in that process, it managed to get his left leg, making OrangeMario incapable of trying to run (not that he doesn't like this kind of stuff).
