Rubi is known at St. Lovejoy for one thing--looking up girls' dresses to see their panties. But like all boys, there is always "that one girl", and in Rubi's case, it's Amber. Oddly enough, when attempting to look up her dress, something just said to him, "Y'know what... no." Humorously enough, Rubi walking away from Amber's skirt ended up to later meeting with her... and getting a chance to have lunch with her later on.
Amber knows about the joey's hobby and it doesn't bother her at all. She actually likes him and ironically enough, Rubi enjoys her company. But this lunch meeting will end up in an unexpected question for the joey to answer.
