I am very thankful of him sharing some advice during workout and to dos and don'ts. To Be Honest, I don't have enough Protein in me while workout. Aka, Not eating lunch before workout but he said that water is also a good source of protein and advised not to buy gatorade (srsly I sweat a lot from that drink while working out)
