This kingdom popped up near the Valor kingdom as it's a huge metropolis where a lot of the factories and refineries are found here. It's a shady kingdom but they aren't a threat to other fellow Gaians. The Matsumoto calls this place their royal home but are fairly more lax compared to the other kingdoms.
