So, Ryder sure make a lot of really powerful technology and decided to "weaponize" (not the term he used, but hey, call it what it is) the size -altering powers of the twins when in their Mighty Paws form. and that ended with the shrinking ray technology. So of course, it has to be used for pranks effects, and here I am, turning Rocky into a plush-sized version of himself ! Oh, i'm going to pay for it later, but for now, it is perfect for pictures !
