Ah you are correct, she is indeed a dragon girl, or rather a Kirin dragon in its human form. I got this OC shortly after I watched the anime "Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid"^^. If you wonder why she has pointy ears tho, well, if you check out the character "Ilulu" for example you can see that she also posseses pointy ears.^^ Nice anime series, it was fun to watch~
