He looks familiar, then again you live as far north as we do you see a lot of white tailed deer from this angle.  ;P

Magnificent wings, absolutely gorgeous.  It's simple, bold, well designed and masterfully put together.

The entire character design is simple, smooth, elegant.  Wondrous.  I really love the hair design.  Excellent all around.
