Meet my Newest OC, Fey, the Shiny Mega Gardevoir/Hatterene fusion! I've been meaning to make a character like this for a while now, and what better way to debut her than with my first full-on Refsheet?

Some other facts about Fey that I couldn't fit on the sheet:
-She Naturally has Immense Psychic powers, due to the psychic nature of both her parent's species.
-Her hair feels like Velvet, and is surprisingly elastic and flexible, allowing for a variety of uses
-She's very soft-spoken, but can be really sweet once you get to know her... Just don't make her mad.
