Started this months back and abandoned it, I felt like finishing something and didn't want to start something new so I plucked this off my unfinished pile and tried what I could to get it done.
Not 100% pleased with it, but as usual my eyes were bigger than my talent.
I've just been really in the mood to draw Tempest. I guess I keep hoping her happy, fluffy personality will rub off on me.
But anyway~ Tempest considers herself a shepherd to all sheep since they seem to naturally drawn to her, and she has developed an obsession with them. So much so that her "hair" is actually a wig made of the softest and fluffiest wool from the coat of her companion and pet Bow, and both of whome have been literally banned from towns for pied pipering the local shepherds sheep through the streets, or being caught passed out in the sheep's pen surrounded by the fluffy lil' bastards.
