The gang track the demon they were tracing to shugazoom, unfortunately right now theres a massiv war against the denizens of the world and the pure evil skeleton king and his formless army. In order to face the demon they were after they'll have to help Chiro and the monkey team, as well as there allies, to defeat the skeleton king, who's partnered with the demon.
At the same time another group of powerful demons reveal to Donny the hard truth, that his best friend Chuck had a hand in the death of his father Ketsueki. At the end of the arc, Donny joins these new demons to fight against Chuck and his team.

The entire end of the arc is set here, where chuck gets forced into a one on one with the demon organizations second strongest, who's got a bit of honor to him. I want to pair Toffee with this cat girl, Niki-ta. a virtuous soul paired with a conflicted soul.
