The card's info says: PLOP-EN007: Heavy Tuning Normal Spell Discard 1 Tuner monster and reveal 1 Big-R/XL Pony-Type monster in your Extra Deck; send Synchro Materials from your hand to the Grave whose total Levels equal the revealed Synchro Monster's Level and Special Summon that Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck.
