There are plenty of rats where they live, but she would stand out as a tall albino female. She has an 'old lady' disguise she wears when she goes out. We see it on this page: https://inkbunny.net/s/1543722 . Still, she can't just show up at Chucky's house dressed like that. It'll have to be more secretive so they can be alone together. Don't worry, she'll make it work, she has her ways.
