Just before his presentation at Pride Rock, baby Simba was awaken from his nap while he is in his mommy’s paws and he sees the shaman or mandrill Rafiki shaking his stick near him and he nearly starts to cry. But his mommy and daddy nuzzle and lick their baby cub and tell him that’s it’s to ok and that Rafiki is a friend. Simba, Mufasa, Sarabi, and Rafiki are owned by Disney.
