The 5th arc in the general saga and last

Chuck and his friends arrive on 3rd earth only to find the general there looking for has set up his own country.Tigra may be king of New Thundera but cant just send troops to attack another nation, so chuck and his team go to investigate. They end up finding a drug ring hidden deep below city eyes, and with the help of Lion O, wilykit and wilykat, and Pumyra they may be able to stop Zorin's plans.

Zorin is the strongest of all generals with scars all over his body from battles he fought before becoming a general. He doesnt see the point in his existence and that his only reason for being is following Rez's orders. His artifact grants him invincibility much to his denying his only proof of existing, pain.
