Rocky, we have a problem

A surprise gift art by Nelson and Victor, thanks to them again and again. It is likely a bit inspired by my reviews of diapers (you can check it there https://inkbunny.net/j/426581-Loupy-loupys-review-of-di... ) But huff huff !

Looks like Rocky decided for a totally new outfit that would show up how much a pup I am (according to him) and my reaction can be resumed in one word : Huff !
