Here’s a sight that’ll certainly catch the eyes of countless passers by. In their normal forms, Michael and Toshi are often respectively described by random people as “a Greaser Fred Jones” and “a weirdo cosplayer”. And Mike’s werewolf form is likely to send many running off screaming at the top of their lungs. As for Toshi, he’s just using his shapeshifting powers to comfort his friend. This miniature Tanuki form of his happens to be his favorite one to use, much like how his current location on Mike is his favorite place to sit.
Michael: “Nice idea turning into a smaller form, Toshi. Now you can feel safe when we chat with people. Plus, your Tanuki form looks pretty adorable.”
Toshi: “Thank you, Michael. I appreciate you letting me sit on your shoulder like this. And I must say, your werewolf form is rather… f-formidable.”
