Character Sheet for William & Henrietta Baggins
Character Description
William & Henrietta were high school sweethearts... Well, that is not exactly correct... William first met Henrietta in the school library in his sophomore year. He was looking for a book to help him with his history class and Henrietta was the Librarian Aid on duty. He was looking at his book list that the teacher handed out as he approached the front desk. "Where can I find American Realities volume 1 by...." He looked up and the words stuck in his throat as he gazed into deep emerald pools in a brilliant flash of white and stood there as if in a trance.
The young vixen stared politely back for a moment before saying "by J. William T. Youngs right?"
"Uhh yeah... history book, for class... uhh do you, have it?" He blushed and finished lamely.
The young vixen suppressed a giggle, “The book you are looking for is on the second-floor aisle C in the pre-Civil War section. If you have trouble finding it let me or one of the other staff members know and we will be glad to help you look for it.”
William stammered his thanks and walked off, but not without many a backward glance. He could not believe how she took his breath away and he didn’t even get her name. He could tell she was much younger than himself, but he never felt like this around any other girl he met before. So, gathering his courage, he waited until she was alone, and asked her for help finding the book that he had not even searched for. Doing so, he learned her name was Henrietta, that she was 11yrs old and in the 5th grade.
William made many trips back to the library that year and even into the summer when he found out that she volunteered as an aid at the public Library.
Henrietta, for her part, thought William was just another silly boy as she often got approached by older boys because of her looks. She had a very beautiful figure, and her age did not stop older boys or even some adults from asking her out. But there was something different about William. He did not push her to go out with him, he was gentle and kind and seemed to really enjoy her company and genuinely cared for her. Whereas other boys would just want to talk about themselves. She got very used to his visits to the point she started noticing she felt lonely or sad when he didn’t come by or was late.
They remained close friends until near the end of William’s Junior year. He wanted to take their relationship to the next level. So, one day, he got Henrietta to meet him at their favorite café and reserved their favorite seat. After they ordered their drinks, to her surprise he got down on one knee, presenting her with a single red rose corsage, and asked her to be his girlfriend and be his date for prom. She was overwhelmed and quickly said yes.
Two years later, he would do the same, but this time it was not a flower, but a ring.
The two have been very happy together ever since, raising 6 kits of their own and, with a lot of hard work, still following their dreams.
