One of two cubs that I adopted from Ko_LionWorld from DA. This is Kolvar, Aemors Best Friend.

Kolvar was Born a male Lion cub, deep within the jungles of Africa. He was born with Golden fur, Green eyes and grass spiked red hair along with red hair along his ears. Kolvar was the only child to his parents Hodo and Vel, though he never knew them. When he was still a baby, Kolvars Pride was ravaged by a Plague that came from hyenas in a deserted land. Only Kolvar was spared because his parents got him away from the Pride before the Plague could touch him.

When Hodo and Vel began to show signs of the plague, they were left with no other choice but to leave their son. They then met a male Lion named Aerios, blessed with solid white fur and mane, and Pink eyes. Both Hodo and Vel begged Aerios to take their son and he did so.

Kolvar stuck out from the rest of the Lions in the pride, but there was one who did accept him. Kolvar became close and great friends with Aemor, who was the firstborn son of Aerios. Kolvar and Aemor were more like brothers, as said by the other lions and Aemor accepted Kolvar into the Pride as one of their own. Kolvar proved to be a skilled hunter and fighter. He learned about Aemors Pride and was told stories of the First Lioness.

Kolvar liked to hunt and walk the fields, though when Aemors sister Vikerya was around, he couldn’t tell if she was mocking or flirting with him. Even though Kolvar wasn’t born into the Pride, he was accepted by them non the less. He was not just a good friend to Aemor, but also like a brother.
