So when an Au takes over it doesn't hesitate, so here's a few of what popped up in my head.

Face 2 Face:
In Altered instead of Geoffrey and Sonic bumping heads it's Geoffrey and Sally. Since Geoffrey is the head of the general guards around Knothole and is head commander he takes his job seriously, and then we have Sally current acting ruler and leader to the Freedom Fighters, in which Geoffrey isn't too keen on approving them but can't stop them most the time. Since they have the idea of if he's not the leader they don't listen which is hard for a certain coyote.

Every so often when it comes to missions Sally and Geoffrey can't help but butt heads every so often no love tension, or things like that just two leaders fighting over strategies, heck because of this once Sally's father returns Geoffrey is more on her side because he knows she's a much better leader then her father acknowledges.

Will They?:
In this Au Sonic and Ash are secretly dating poorly. Practically all their friends and people they call family knows about them event the younger generation knows their dating but still to nervous to tell they continue to keep it secret up to the point where all the robotized citizens return.

Will THEY?
Sonic and Sally are not dating they bicker about how to handle certain situations, they mess around and play pranks on each other, they make fun each other, but they hold no feelings for the one another. But for people and citizens around them can't help but "ship" them together and make it awkward for the two. Sally knows Sonic's dating Ash, and Sonic knows that Sally solely wants to focus on getting her dad back and restoring the kingdom, so that leaves her little time to focus on love, but just enough to care for her friends and people.
