Back when released, it was not only hard to obtain but impossible to Summon as Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon wasn't available in English. Thus, I updated the effect to not require it but be an option. That would've allowed it to be playable but it was still hard to obtain so it was harmless anyway.
