This is why I personally hate women. They can say/do whatever they want and they get away with it, while the man has his whole life and reputation ruined. Even when the women is caught, the man is still destroyed in the inside

Technically it can also happen on the opposite side. They do not believe the woman and they come with the infamous line of "she was asking for it" "she was dressed provocatively".

Doesn't matter. Both behaviors are wrong. And one doesn't give the excuse for the other and vice-versa.

In resume: people can be assholes, no matter their gender.

Not need to single a single group since both have done shit in the past. Problem is assholes, not the victims.

agreed, there are far too many false claims of rape, and the punishment for false claims should be much harsher. The public often declaring the man guilty even after it was proven to be a lie.

Like, yeah. A lot of things can proof his innocent. Where he was when it happened; if it was in her home and her beddroom, discribe these scenes; body harm revision, etc.

But who cares. She said it, it must be true.

yup this is what I thought after I saw that list of charges... forced removal and sterilization.. they used to do this to the Mentally ill, Gay People and Aboriginal kids. Sick!!!

this reminds me of in highschool i saw a girl annoyed that a guy was in her way and said "Move or I yell rape."

That more than anything hammed in my head more even more than it was the innocent until proven guilty moral.

Problem is, that's always been a sham. Government is always about power and who controls the government, controls you, fancy ideological dress and historic documents proclaiming your rights be damned. Of course without governments, you have mobs, which end up becoming governments.
