My original 'Goodnight Kiwi' card was made for Zfqfmb (no, I cannot pronounce that):

Anyway ...I hated the art of that card, so I've drawn the character over. ^^

'Goodnight Kiwi' was the main character of a short animation segment for TVNZ, to close the programming for the day.

Will I draw the cat (again)? ...Maybe. :3

Featured with this card is a 'Twilight' pencil by Eberhard Faber. It's a decent pencil that I thought appropriate to accompany this card. :3

Goodnight kiwi! He looks cute in your art style!

I had an odd interest in analog tv (how it works + old analog tv bumpers + final moments before analog tv was shut down in the united states 2012 before going to digital) and that was the most cutest one. I found one that showed the last time he was on screen, before the station went to 24hr. Glad to see more people knew about him!

I've never been to NZ or watched (much) of their broadcasts; it was Z (the user I made this for) who introduced me to the character. ^^

I haven't been to NZ, but it's definitely on my bucket list. ^w^ I'm surprised they brought him back! He looks really good in the new animation.

Also helpful when your clothes washer stops working and you mash buttons (the washer buttons, not the clothes ones) out of frustration...then it plays a song that sounds like 'Mary had a little lamb' in a taunting MIDI tone. : (
