Leo’s a loggerhead musk turtle, Raph’s a red-crowned roofed turtle, and Donnie and Mikey are both yellow bellied sliders. when I start the fanfic, I’m going to make Donnie and Mikey 17 instead of 18. And I think I’ll make Mikey slightly taller, to really really make Leo short.

Splinter’s a point-seal dumbo rat. He may or may not be a human who was turned into a rat. Who knows? Certainly not the turtles.
Casey’s been a vigilante for three years before even meeting the turtles. He goes by the name Nightwatcher. In this AU, both his parents were vigilantes. His father was also Nightwatcher, and his mother was the first Nobody. He is 20. I think everyone who follows me knows how much I love Casey/Leo so that’s obviously who I pair Leo with in the au lol.
Then finally we have Shredder, Karai (also known as Miwa) and Hun. Shredder and Karai aren’t fully human in this au.
