An alternative universe where Simba doesn't run away after his father's death and after he escapes the Hyenas.He is badly injured and he needs healing so he limps back to pride rock not noticing his mother, Nala's own mother notices him and decides to heal and nurse him back to full. However the Scar and the hyenas are nearby. To hide the poor cub she decides to put him in her womb Nala asks about Simba and notices her mothers round tummy and her mother said Simba is in it, Nala asks to join so that she can join him, Nala joins Simba in Sarafina’s womb. Sarafina, Nala and Simba are owned by Disney.
