Herculaneum tried to prank a diapered Vulpix by making it think a ghost was near it, unfortunately for Herc, the Vulpix hid behind the same bush he was hiding behind and, once it realized what was really happening, angerly chased him around the park.
Moral: don't anger Vulpixes
