She's part of a group in Weightopia's side of Depthtopia that speaks a totally different language. It'll sound like gibberish when you first hear it but they're just saying words really fast. They offer a book to anyone that doesn't understand. It shows that the words are written as one long word but then broken down individually to give a better idea.
