While visiting Ani and her mother Lilo( lilo and stitch), taking a break from her job in space, the earth is visited by an armada led by the conqueror Lockjaw. After a break out of the prisoners aboard (including Chuck's other friends Becky-Buzz lightyear of star command and Francine-Lloyd in space) Chuck agrees to help ave the planet and confront Lockjaw, also known as experiment 628.
So Lockjaw was meant to be a clone of stitch but some of chuck's hair got in the dna sample, making him basically Chuck's brother. After a year he's become bitter and obsessed with conquering the universe as the ultimate proof he's alive. Of course Chuck wants to reform him not kill him.
Of course star command would make an appearance, specifically buzz and his team. The universe is vast so all 3 of these shows can exist in it somehow.
