Yes. I'm one of those filthy degenerates that wants Geno in Super Smash Bros. Sue me. He'd be fun and even if his chances are about as slim as a new F-Zero or Darkstalkers game getting made... a man can still dream okay?
He has plenty of unique weapons and special moves to draw from to make a full fledged move set and I think the timed-hits mechanic could be worked in to make him feel even more distinct.
