I decided to try my hand at the before and After meme.

I choose a drawing of my OC Catboy, Nyan, from around 4 years ago......
Man, just looking at the before image I can't believe I ever thought that was good XD Nyan was such a typical yaoi catboy too! And I created him way before I joined DA ( back in '05) and encountered that stereotype lol.

As you can see, I really sucked with male anatomy, he looked so girly! ( and well, he was designed to be but) I've gotten much better at drawing the male form. Nyan now looks skinny and somewhat effeminate but still decidely male. ( I wanted to give him a bit more masculinity then before, poor guy. He may be gay but hes still a man damnit XD)
The bell is practically an inside joke with the character ( and characters in his story) in all of my old drawings with him, his family and his lover there was a little catbell lol. ( his boyfriend, Zero, who I might draw sometime or another was created by my friend Lacey)

I purposefully left the After sketcy, I liked the lines and even if it is just a colored sketch its still miles and miles ahead of the original.
