Like an arachnophobic, they don't have fear of only one species of spider, he fears all the spiders. Just like any phobia, it doesn't matter the size, form, or whatever, it's an uncontrolable fear of that thing.

Yes, of course, depending on how far they're already transitioned and how quickly he would identify if they were. Also with Officer Cavanagh's powers, it's a possibility that there isn't any transgenders in Esperanza since he can turn anyone in their opposite gender in a blink, depending on how long he's working in Esperanza (not trying to be polemic here, just thinking through about the lore).

My comic's whole purpose is being polemic. xD I want people to think rather than blindly accept what's supposed to be right or wrong! Yes, Rayco (and Esperanza's technology in general) allows for full sex reassignation, but there are citizens who stay transgender because they choose to be.
